Editor’s Note: After returning in 2017 with their first new song in five years (“SGL”), we’re now at the point where we can consider Now, Now a consistent, permanent part of our lives. And it doesn’t come a moment too soon — the Minneapolis duo of KC Dalager and Bradley Hale breezed through Cambridge’s Middle East last Wednesday (July 11), showing off recent LP Saved and all the indie-pop hooks that made us fall for them back in the day. Vanyaland’s Emily Gardner was in the room, up close and all over, capturing visuals of both Now, Now and the night’s opener, a Los Angeles pop project called WENS that we feel we’ll be hearing a lot from in the years ahead.
